Client Onboarding
A simple, structured process to get your pet set up for care.
1. Discovery Call
A brief call to learn about your pet’s routine, personality and care needs. You’ll also share a few details when booking your call so we can prepare for a focused conversation.
We’ll answer any questions and ensure we’re a good fit. After your discovery call, you’ll receive a welcome email to set up your client portal through Time To Pet.
2. In-Home Consultation - $45
A dedicated in-person visit to meet your pet, review care instructions and understand their routine and personality.
This visit helps ensure a smooth, low-stress transition into ongoing care.
3. Ongoing Services
Once onboarding is complete, services begin based on your schedule and your pet’s needs.
Trust Building Visit(s) :
Recommended for shy, sensitive or newly adjusting pets, these visits help build comfort and familiarity before or during ongoing services. They allow us to gradually establish trust and ensure your pet feels safe and confident in our care.
