Getting Started...
Fill Out Our New Client Form
When filling out the form you’ll be prompted to provide some basic information about your pets and the type of care you’re looking for — this helps us make the most of our time together.
Once you fill out the form you'll receive an email to schedule a New Client Call. This call is a friendly, no-obligation conversation designed to help us get to know you and your pet(s), and to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs.
If it’s a good match, we’ll then schedule your Meet & Greet to introduce ourselves in person!
Meet & Greet: $40
During this session, we observe your pet’s personality, review their routine, and learn any details that help ensure a smooth, low-stress transition into care. It’s also your opportunity to ask questions, share special instructions, and make sure everyone feels confident and comfortable before regular visits begin.
This visit helps us identify any special needs or preferences so we can provide personalized care tailored to your pet.
Trust Building Visit(s) : Rates Vary
The Trust-Building Visit bridges the gap between your Meet & Greet and the start of regular services. While not always required, it’s highly recommended for pets who are shy, sensitive, or need extra time to feel comfortable.
Depending on your pet’s comfort level, the visit may be done with you present or with the sitter alone. These sessions allow us to gradually build trust and familiarity, preparing your pet for future solo visits or longer bookings. We also use this time to learn your pet’s routine, your home setup, and any details that help ensure a smooth, low-stress experience.
During this visit, we also observe your pet’s behavior and comfort level to identify any special needs that may require additional support.
