Getting Started...
Fill Out Our New Client Application
When filling out the application, you’ll be prompted to provide some basic information about your pets and the type of care you’re looking for — this helps us make the most of our time together.
Once you fill out the form you'll receive an email to schedule a New Client Call. This call is a friendly, no-obligation conversation designed to help us get to know you and your pet(s), and to ensure we’re the right fit for your needs.
If it’s a good match, we’ll then schedule your Meet & Greet to introduce ourselves in person!
Meet & Greet: $50
Once your New Client Call is complete, and if it seems we’re a great fit for your needs, we’ll follow up to schedule a Meet & Greet.
This session is an opportunity for us to meet you and your pet, discuss their routine, and make sure we’re the perfect match. It’s also your chance to ask any questions, share important details, and ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident before services begin.
Pre-Service/ Trust Building Visit(s) : Rates Vary
This visit bridges the gap between your Meet & Greet and the start of services. While not always required, it’s highly recommended for pets who are shy, sensitive, or slow to warm up.
It gives us a chance to observe your pet without you home—since animals often behave differently when alone with a new caregiver.
We also use this time to get familiar with your pet’s routine, your home setup, and any details that help create a smooth, low-stress experience.
