Client Onboarding
A simple structures process to get your pet set up with care
1
New Client Call
A brief introductory call to learn about your pet, their routine, and the care you're looking for. This is an opportunity for us to get acquainted, answer initial questions, and determine whether we're the right fit for your family.
2
Client Account Setup
Following your new client call, you'll receive a welcome email with access to your secure client portal. Here, you'll complete your pet's profile, share important care details, and manage future services with ease.
3
In-Home Consultation
$45
A personalized visit to meet your pet, review their routine, and assess behavior, comfort, and care needs. This helps ensure a safe, successful fit before services begin.
4
Ongoing Care
Once onboarding is complete, your pet's care begins. Whether you're away for the day or traveling longer-term, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your pet is receiving attentive, reliable care tailored to their individual needs.

Pre-Service Visit(s) :
Every pet is unique. Following the in-home consultation, we may recommend a Pre-Service Visit based on your pet’s personality, comfort level, and individual needs. These additional visits provide time for your pet to build familiarity and positive associations before scheduled services begin, supporting a safe, positive, and comfortable transition into care.
