You are punctual, consistent, and follow through on all scheduled commitments.

You provide patient, grounded care and are attentive to animal behavior and emotional cues.

You communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and the team, especially regarding scheduling and care updates.

You respect clients’ homes, follow instructions carefully, and maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
