Welcome! This page will guide you through everything you need to get started with More Than Just A Dog Pet Care. From filling out your New Client Form to scheduling visits, we’ve made the process easy and clear.
Step 1: Fill Out the New Client Form
Begin by completing our New Client Form. You’ll be asked to provide:

Basic information about yourself and your pets

The type of care you’re looking for and when
This helps us prepare and ensures we can provide the best possible care for your pets.
Step 2: Schedule a New Client Call
Once you submit your form, you’ll receive an email to schedule a New Client Call. This friendly, no-obligation conversation allows us to:

Get to know you and your pet(s)

Discuss routines, preferences, and any special needs

Confirm that we’re a good fit for your family
Step 3: Time to Pet Account Activation
After your call, we’ll send you a welcome email to activate your Time to Pet client account. You’ll complete your profile and your pet’s profile prior to the Meet & Greet. This allows us to:

Review your pet’s information in advance

Prepare for a smooth and productive Meet & Greet
You will use your Time to Pet account to:
Schedule and manage visits for your pets
View and pay invoices
View visit notes, photos and updates from your sitter
Communicate directly with your sitter about your pet’s care
Update your pet’s information or preferences anytime
Step 4: Meet & Greet
The Meet & Greet is a required in-person session where we:

Meet you and your pet

Observe your pet’s personality and behavior

Review routines and special instructions

Ensure a smooth, low-stress start to regular services
Step 5: Schedule Services
After the Meet & Greet, you can schedule visits through Time to Pet.
